Liebe in die Welt
Mit dem Krieg in der Ukraine habe ich mich gefragt: „Was kann ich zum Frieden in der Welt beitragen?“.
Mein Steckenpferd ist Hilfreiche Kommunikation. Kommunikation, die der Würde von uns Menschen gerecht wird, so wie es im Grundgesetz Artikel 1 der Bundesrepublik Deutschland verankert ist:
„Die Würde des Menschen ist unantastbar.“
Ich bilde Menschen in wertschätzender und klarer Kommunikation aus. Dazu gehören Fähigkeiten, wie wahres Zuhören, Feedback geben, gute Fragen stellen und lösungsorientierte Gespräche führen, wenn es schwierig wird.

With the war in Ukraine, I asked myself: "What can I contribute to peace in the world?".
My passion is helpful communication. Communication that does justice to the dignity of us humans, as anchored in Article 1 of the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany: "Human dignity is inviolable."
I train people in appreciative and clear communication. This includes skills such as true listening, giving feedback, asking good questions and having solution-focused conversations when the going gets tough.

L'amour au monde
Avec la guerre en Ukrainie je me suis demandée qu'est-ce que je peux contribuer à la paix dans le monde?
Mon violon d'ingres est la communication aidante. Communication, qui est satisfaisante à la dignité humaine.
Dignité comme est fixée dans la loi fondamentale de l'Allemagne, article 1 :
"La dignité humaine est intouchable".
J'enseigne des gens en communication claire et estimante. Il s'agit des capacités comme écouter vraiment, donner du feedback, poser des bonnes questions, dialoguer et trouver des solutions possibles
quand il devient difficile.
